My practice is organisational advice and coaching, providing review, recommendations, and direction for strategic planning, turnaround of major initiatives, and organisation change.  Examples of my practice:

  • For Government Board, reviewed and directed resolution of major national impasse for the Electronic Conveyancing initiative now ‘PEXA’. Recognized with Federal national award.
  • For Australia Post headquarters, at request of the CEO, worked with stakeholders to realign information systems to strategic and management goals and co-led national teams for implementation.
  • ·State Government Australia, resolved stalled water licensing project by re-negotiation with the vendor. Now operates across State. Commendation in State Parliament.
  • The World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – Washington D.C. Many engagements to resolve funded member project impasses.
  • Integration of commercial banks following acquisition. Managed cultural, technical, and business integration complexities. Resolution focus based on developed shared views of financial and business transactions.

After teaching in Melbourne, I taught at the University of Southern California, and later at the American University Graduate School of Business (MBA program). My academic background integrates business and psychology. During this time I provided consultation to commercial and institutional clients (see below), which I continued on return to Australia.

For academic and professional associations in Australia, Europe, USA and Moscow I have presented numerous lectures and workshops. Examples of presentations, papers, and workshops include:
